Frame Assembly for Mirage Activa LT and SoftGel (No Cushion or Headgear) includes the frame with the forehead support and pad, swivel, and two headgear clips available in size small or standard. You'll get a a complete mask when you add a cushion (either Activa LT or SoftGel) and headgear to this product.
This product does NOT include a cushion, headgear or cushion clip.
